In the 2013 edition of the “Best Companies to Work For in Portugal”, produced by Exame Magazine in association with the Consultancy firm Accenture, Ascendi was recognised as one of the 100 best companies overall and in the top 20 in the large companies category, with a Workers Commitment Level of more than 65%.

This initiative represents the largest study performed in Portugal on the working environment and the promotion of best practices in the management of human resources by Portuguese companies.

The results of the study were announced and the respective awards presented in a public ceremony on 30 January 2013, at the Sana Lisboa Hotel, in Lisbon. The detailed results were published in the February 2013 edition of the Exame Magazine and in the Expresso Newspaper at the beginning of February.
